At Runner's High, we've established what we think is the best staff in the world. We maaay be a little bias - but for anyone that has had the opportunity to get fit by, ask a question or have a general conversation with our staff...we think they'd agree. Learn a little bit more about these fantastic individuals that make up the Runner's High family and stop by and see our crew at either of our locales!!

Craig began running at the tender age of 11 and hasn’t looked back since. From humble beginnings, Craig proved that hard work and dedication to running can indeed pay off. He climbed the running ranks through his high school years as a Holmdel Hornet and went on to Villanova University where he continued to thrive and develop as a runner. Competing as a grad student at Monmouth University capped off Craig’s collegiate running career and it was a seamless transition into road racing.
Running gave so much to Craig so it was only natural that he ditch the daily grind to pursue his goal of owning and operating a successful running store.
After someone stole her bicycle from the beach, Grace began running the streets to make up for time lost walking. A Freehold native, she began running more competitively when she moved to Orlando, where she also worked in run specialty and began assistant coaching at a local high school.
Although her heart belongs in New Jersey, Grace still brings the heat whether it’s writing, running, or chasing after her rescue dog, Bruce. Her knowledge hails from different places and experiences, but continues to shine on the retail floor and the operations side at Runner’s High.
Hailing from the Bayshore, Vic grew up in the local running scene. From his days as a student-athlete at Middletown South High School to competing on the collegiate level at the University of New Hampshire, Vic's vast running knowledge proves useful on a daily basis at Runner's High. With his 20+ years of experience in the running specialty industry, you aren't going to find another individual who knows New Balance's number system than this guy!
A long time Runner’s High family member, Meg has been frequenting our Freehold location since her days as a youth running locally for the Falcons of Monmouth Regional. Competing at the Division I level, Meg took her talents to the beach where she competed for the home team Hawks of Monmouth University. Now a post-collegiate, Meg is taking on the roads, competing in any distance from 5k up to the marathon!
Dayna began running cross country after being cut from the middle school soccer team to hang out with her friends after school. She quickly found to enjoy the sport and continued with it at Brick Memorial High School.
As she developed her running skills and knowledge she stayed local and went on to run for Monmouth University. Post graduation she runs for fun, and continues to work within the community organizing events and fitting shoes to feet.
Kaleigh brings the speed to our crew as she is one of the top HS middle distance runners not only in NJ, but the nation as well with her Union Catholic teammates. She will be attending the University of Notre Dame next year. In the meantime she can be found on the retail floor in our Metuchen shop providing great advice on not only everyday trainers but the fastest spikes sound for your racing the oval needs.
Fun fact - Kaleigh’s mom was an olympic trials qualifier in the women’s steeple chase!
Frank, or better known as Frankie, spent his younger days walking by our Metuchen store everyday on his way home from school always popping in to say hello and see what he could learn. For the last 2 years now, he has learned his craft well and can be seen most afternoons on the floor helping many of his neighbors. He is part of triplets and also has younger twin siblings. Frankie's musical tastes are always a fun topic with many of the Runner’s High clientele.
Gail Komm is Metuchen's longest tenured employee, wearing many hats including sales associate, head coach of the Runner's High beginner running program and our group run coordinator. She can be found always with a smile and offering treats for any pup that may come by the shop.
Cathy Jones joined the Runner’s High family in 2023. As a long time Metuchen resident, Cathy is a familiar face to many around town. She got her running start at JP Stevens H.S. in Edison and still enjoys running and walking any chance she gets.
Cathy is a proud mom of a son and daughter as well her two dogs.
