HOW IT WORKS.

BOOK AN APPOINTMENT
Jump on to our online store, and click the "Book Appointment" option from the top navigation. Appointments will be books in 30-minute sessions. You will be prompted with a brief questionnaire to complete that will give us a little background.

LOG ON
Once you book your appointment, our crew will send you Zoom credentials to video chat. Should you choose the phone route, we will call you at the desired time.

LET'S CHAT
Our staff will help guide you through the process of selecting the right shoe for your foot type. If you have a pair of shoes you've enjoyed in the past, bring those with you on the call. If not, no biggie!

WALK IT OUT.
If you are on your phone for a video appointment, we may have you walk briefly to and from the phone to assess movement.

THE MAIN COURSE
The time you've been waiting for! Our crew will make different footwear suggestions based off of your feedback and our knowledge!

CHECK IT OUT
We will provide you with the follow-up link so you can complete your purchase. Shoes and gear can be shipped directly to you, or picked up curbside!
